<p>Disclosed is a new and efficacious analog clock capable of accurately displaying time to one-minute units with only the hour hand, without using the minute hand or other hands. The clock (W) comprises an hour hand (8) that extends from a root portion (8a) to an end portion (8b), and a clock face (6), and displays time by relative movement between the hour hand (8) and the clock face (6). The clock face (6) is configured to further comprise a plurality of additional lines (B) that are positioned equidistantly so as to extend from a side near the root portion (8a) to a side near the end portion (8b), and which intersect the hour hand (8); and such that intersection positions (P2) of the hour hand (8) and the additional lines (B) move from the root portion (8a) side to the end portion (8b) side, or from the end portion (8b) side to the root portion (8a) side, according to the passage of time.</p> |
