<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an nonconformity during a wire strip processing operation. <P>SOLUTION: A wire strip processing operation nonconformity detecting device detects the fault of an operation of a strip blade, when a coating of the wire is stripped by using the strip blade driven by a blade driving part.
