<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a table tennis player to quickly, easily and reliably perform ball returning action of a flying ball to a fore, back or middle position while appropriately performing switching of a racket surface and angle adjustment of a ball hitting surface. <P>SOLUTION: The aid includes a band portion made of one or more materials of fiber, resin, rubber, leather, metal, wood, bamboo and other elastic materials; and fingerholds for thumb, middle finger, index finger, medicinal finger and the like. By pushing down or pushing up the fingerhold for thumb, the racket grip is turned inside or outside to promote inward or outward rotation, by pushing down the fingerhold for middle finger, the racket grip is turned outside to promote outward rotation, by pushing down the fingerhold for index finger, the racket grip is turned outside to promote outward rotation, and by pushing down the fingerhold for medicinal finger, the racket grip is rotated outside to promote outward rotation.
