<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rack air conditioning device arranged in a data center etc., which eliminates the necessity of a dedicated member to surround a cold aisle and intensifies a partial air conditioning load with respect to a target rack row and has high space efficiency and high extendability. <P>SOLUTION: In the rack air conditioning device, two rack rows 3a, 3b in which a plurality of racks 2 storing heat generating apparatuses are arranged in line are disposed at an interval so that the longitudinal directions are oppose to each other. A ventilation part 5 is constituted, on a floor 4 in a space C, between the two rack rows 3a, 3b. Air conditioning air from underfloor blowout air conditioners 6 is supplied from an underfloor space 7 to the lower part of the space C via the ventilation part 5. The upper part of the space S between the two rack rows 3a, 3b is closed by air conditioning ducts 9a, 9b having air supply ports 8a, 8b on the lower side, and air conditioning air is supplied from intensifying air conditioners 10a, 10b to the air conditioning ducts 9a, 9b, to supply the air conditioning air to the space C also from the upper part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
