PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-vehicle equipment control apparatus, an in-vehicle equipment control method, and an in-vehicle equipment control program capable of executing a program in order according to priority changing depending on a use state while suppressing the extension of a startup time. SOLUTION: An in-vehicle equipment control apparatus 1 executes a program for controlling in-vehicle equipment 9 and includes an HDD 2 for recording a plurality of programs, a DRAM 3 into which a program read from the HDD 2 is written, and a control unit 5 for identifying priority for the in-vehicle equipment 9 based on the use state of the in-vehicle equipment 9 until the power source of the in-vehicle equipment control apparatus 1 is turned off last when a power source of the in-vehicle equipment control apparatus 1 is turned on, reading a program corresponding to the in-vehicle equipment 9 of high priority from the HDD 2 sequentially, writing the program into the DRAM 3, and executing the program.
