PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desiccant air conditioning device improving humidification efficiency even when outside air which is a supply source of moisture for humidification is in a low humidity state. SOLUTION: The desiccant air conditioning device includes: an air supply side air blowing means 8 making inside air RA flow through a moisture desorption air course Hrc in an inside air circulating form as moisture desorption target air; and an air exhaust side air blowing means 10 making outside air OA flow through a moisture absorption air course Doc in an outside air circulating form as moisture absorption target air. An operation control means 6 can freely switch an operation mode between a normal mode of controlling the operation of the air supply side air blowing means 8 and the air exhaust side air blowing means 10 so that the air quantity of the moisture desorption target air is equal to or larger than the air quantity of the moisture absorption target air and a low humidity time mode of controlling the operation of the air supply side air blowing means 8 and the air exhaust side air blowing means 10 so that the air quantity of the moisture desorption target air is smaller than the air quantity of the moisture absorption target air.
