PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a plant for restraining solar radiation without changing a place for the plant; and also to sufficiently obtain a solar radiation restraining effect by the plant. SOLUTION: This planting eaves 30 is provided on an outdoor side of a window part 11. The planting eaves 30 comprises an eaves structure part 31 installed on an upper side of the window 11, and side-face structure parts 32 installed on both sides of the window 11. The eaves structure part 31 is stretched, inside of an eaves frame 41, with an upper wire 42 serving as a support on which a vine plant G creeps. The side-face structure parts 32 is provided with side-face wires 51 for connecting between a short side member 41b of the eaves frame 41 and a short side member of a floor frame 21.
