PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which prohibits excess operation of a gate actuator to prevent extra heat generation to prevent the damage even when abnormal operation is carried out by a player or any trouble occurs to repeat throw-in or pay-out of game balls. SOLUTION: When a throw-in solenoid operation prohibiting flag 113u is turned ON (S151:Yes), it indicates a state where risk of extra heat generation has occurred as a result of continued operation of the throw-in solenoid beyond necessity. Accordingly in such a case, "under cooling down of throw-in unit" is displayed on a liquid crystal display unit 81 (S152) to inform the player of that effect, and, further, a bet LED 35a is turned ON (S153), informing a state preventing throw-in of game balls. After that, a wait process for fifteen seconds is carried out (S154) to secure an operation stopping time of throw-in solenoids 534a-534c, that is a time for cooling down.
