PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent workability in a narrow place, to easily remove mud and sand even if the mud and sand are bitten, and to prevent coming off of a sleeve when a shaft body (propellant) is removed from a body. SOLUTION: This shaft body locking device includes: the body 14 allowing the shaft body 22 to pass therethrough and having a tapered surface 16 with a diameter enlarged toward a direction for allowing the movement of the shaft body; a plurality of guides 50 fixed to the tapered surface 16 and having sides in the direction for allowing the movement of the shaft body 22 which are formed wider in a peripheral direction; a plurality of sleeves 18 releasing the shaft body 22 by being slid in the diameter enlargement direction of the tapered surface 16 and also prevented from coming off to an inner side by an engagement means formed in cooperation with the side surfaces of the sleeves and the side surfaces of the guides 50; and a sleeve opening/closing means 20 locking and unlocking the shaft body 22 by moving the sleeves 18 within a predetermined range in the sliding direction of the sleeves.
