<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective garment easy to take off, and rapidly taken off. <P>SOLUTION: The protective garment 1 is an overall-type formed by integrating an upper garment 10 having a hood part 20, and trousers 11 with each other. The protective garment 1 includes: an opening part 40 freely opened, extending from the end part 22a of one sleeve part 22 to the end part 23a of the other sleeve part 23; and a front surface opening/closing part 80 through which the front surface center part of a body part 21 is freely opened or closed in a vertical direction.
