<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical sheet, which requires no additional steps and is capable of, even in the case of laminating an irregular layer with another layer, obtaining a smooth surface as a surface of the another layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an optical sheet includes the steps of: producing an optical function sheet layer by forming, on a base layer, prism parts arranged in parallel along a surface of the base layer so as to be able to transmit light and forming light absorbing parts between the prism parts, which can absorb light and have concave portions; applying a light-transmissive ionizing radiation curing resin liquid onto the optical function sheet layer on a side surface where the concave portions of the light absorbing parts are formed; bringing the ionizing radiation curing resin liquid of the optical function sheet layer to which the ionizing radiation curing resin liquid has been applied, into contact with a mold having a smooth surface; and forming a light-transmissive resin layer by irradiating the ionizing radiation curing resin liquid with ionizing radiation with the ionizing radiation curing resin liquid in contact with the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
