<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave condensing sheet capable of condensing or divergently radiating electromagnetic wave in wavelength-selective. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic wave condensing sheet relates to an electromagnetic wave condensing sheet where, when thermal energy is entered from a first surface, the electromagnetic wave component of targeted wavelength is emitted from a second surface and the emitted wave is progressed along a predetermined condensing direction to be converged at a focal point, wherein a plurality of penetrable or not penetrable hollows in the direction of sheet thickness are prepared and, because the hollows concerned are formed so that a virtual center line prescribed as a line connecting, over the direction of sheet thickness, the circum-centers of geometry of a hollow in an in-plane cross section perpendicular to the direction of sheet thickness passes through the focal point concerned, the condensing direction is specified and, because inner diameter is about 1/2 of the targeted wavelength concerned, while the hollow concerned is formed so that depth is of 0.7 to 3 times of the inner diameter concerned, the electromagnetic wave component of the targeted wavelength concerned can be emitted from the second surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
