<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat attachment capable of stabilizing a toilet seat device located at an elevated position, and a lifting toilet seat. <P>SOLUTION: The toilet seat attachment 50 is configured to mount a toilet seat device 10 including a toilet seat 11 and a toilet seat support member 13 turnably pivoting the toilet seat on the upper surface of a toilet body 1 so as to be movable upward and downward. The toilet seat attachment 50 includes a shaft member 52 connected to the lower surface of the support member 13 and vertically extending downward; a cylindrical member 53 fixed to a mount hole 2 provided in the rear upper surface of the toilet body 1 so as to vertically extend through it, the cylindrical member having through-holes 53D, 53E through which the inserted shaft member 52 is vertically moved; and a first resilient member 51 disposed between the outer periphery of the shaft member 52 and the inner periphery of the cylindrical member 53, the resilient member giving resilient force in a rising direction of the shaft member 52. The shaft member 52 has an O-ring 54 provided at a lower end portion thereof.
