PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily enhance the operating efficiency by preventing a band-like rubber member 23 from becoming twisted around a conveyance roller 17 or any other trouble from occurring. SOLUTION: This method for wrapping a band-like rubber member is to convey the residual part 55, which extends from the rear end of a carrying conveyor 16 to the back part, and remains left over on the conveyor 16, to the back part, by the conveyor 16, after cutting the rubber member 23 at a cutting position, and allow the residual part 55 to fall from the rear end of the conveyor 16 and to be recovered. Under this contrivance, such a trouble that the band-like rubber member 23 with high adhesiveness twists around the carrying roller 17 of the conveyor 16 or continues to stick to a conveyor belt 18, can be certainly prevented.
