PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a continuously variable transmission, restraining delay of a change in actual oil pressure to a change in target oil pressure. SOLUTION: An electronic control device 300 controls a change gear ratioγby outputting a drive command based on target oil pressure Pintrg, Pouttrg which are target values of oil pressure Pin in a primary pulley 130 and oil pressure Pout in a secondary pulley 150 of the continuously variable transmission 100 to a hydraulic control part 200 to thereby operate the oil pressure Pin, Pout in the respective pulleys 130, 150. The electronic control device 300 calculates designated oil pressure Pinord, Poutord obtained by adding correction values for canceling response delay of oil pressure Pin, Pout to the target oil pressure Pintrg, Pouttrg when a quick gear change is requested, and performs the quick gear change control to output a drive command corresponding to the calculated designated oil pressure Pinord, Poutord to the hydraulic control part 200.
