PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new tertiary amine compound without reducing the activity of a platinum catalyst even in the case of using it as an adhesion-imparting agent. SOLUTION: This amine compound is expressed by formula (1) [wherein, R1s are each not H, but an organic group without having active hydrogen, and at least two R1s are each an alkoxysilyl-containing group; R2s are each H or methyl; a plurality of R1s are each same or different; and a plurality of R2s are each same or different].
