PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the cooling capacity of a liquid cooling unit. SOLUTION: The liquid cooling unit includes a container having a plurality of inner wall surfaces forming a liquid flow passage in it and bringing an outer wall surface into close contact with a high exothermic density component, a first fin erected on an inner wall surface serving as a facing surface of the outer wall surface with which the high exothermic density component is in close contact, and a second fin erected on the inner wall surface serving as the facing surface of the outer wall surface with which the high exothermic density component is in close contact and having a surface area larger than that of the first fin.
