PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change the position of a support member, and to allow a user to perform such exercise as to keep the posture of the user's body on a board which is inclined and swung around the support member. SOLUTION: The exercise tool includes: a flat plane-shaped swinging platform 1 of such a size that the user can be placed on it; a basic platform 2 as a basic platform part of approximately the same size as of the swinging platform 1 to be used for placing and supporting the swinging platform 1; and the support member 3 located on the basic platform 2 so that the swinging platform 1 can be swung. The swinging platform 1 mounted above the basic platform 2 with a prescribed gap can be swung with the support member 3 as a fulcrum by engaging the swinging platform 1 with the support member 3, which is placed in such a way as engaged with a plurality of positions on the basic platform 2. Further, when the exercise tool is not used, the basic platform 2 and the swinging platform 1 are layered on each other with the support member 3 interposed in-between, so that the exercise tool can be stored in this state in a narrow space.
