PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously satisfy a trend of selecting a color close to a color of an original signal depending on the color of the original signal among 8 colors of CMYKRGBW and a trend of producing a large pattern, and to suppress stochastics moire. SOLUTION: A color error diffusing part 10 carries out a process including: a step of carrying out correction to a pixel value CMY of an attention pixel based on an error diffusion value E3 and a green noise GNc to acquire CMY0; a step of binarizing the CMY0 to acquire CMY1; a determination step of determining whether or not the CMY1 is changed based on the minimum value Min and the maximum value Max of each pixel value of the CMY and the CMY1 and a value L1; a step of changing CMY2 based on the determination result; a step of outputting the CMY2; a step of calculating an error value E1; and a step of generating the green noise GNc.
