<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensor device which uses photodiodes comprised of amorphous silicon or microcrystal silicon, has a simple structure, and is operable at a low voltage. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensor device is provided with a photodiode array in which a plurality of photodiodes are arranged in an array, a plurality of scanning lines connected to first electrodes of the photodiodes in each row of the photodiode array, a plurality of reading lines connected to second electrodes of the photodiodes in each column of the photodiode array, a scanning circuit connected to the plurality of scanning lines to sequentially supply a selected scanning signal to each scanning line in each time period of one horizontal scanning, and a signal processing circuit connected to the plurality of reading lines to take in as a signal voltage a voltage variation of each reading line in a time period of one horizontal scanning at the time of reading signals. Each photodiode is comprised of amorphous silicon or microcrystal silicon. A forward bias voltage is applied to the each photodiode at the time of reading signals. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
