MULTILAYERED PRODUCT SUCH AS SOLAR BATTERY PANEL, ELECTRONIC PANEL, AND PERIPHERAL PART SEALING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely block moisture entry into the housing area (combined surface) of an electronic plate which is a main part, and reducing costs by forming a sealing structure as a moisture entry blocking measure of the housing area (combined surface) of the electronic plate by a single work of applying sealants on the peripheral part of a multilayered flat plate product to make manufacturing work efficient in the multilayered plate product A such as a solar battery panel, an electronic panel.

SOLUTION: An annular sealant layer M formed by applying hot-melt adhesives on the peripheral part of a bottom plate B2 annularly (in a loop shape) is provided. An electronic plate C is sealed between a top plate B1 and the bottom plate B2, and the top plate B1 and the bottom plate B2 are fixed to be integrated via the annular sealant layer M. For the sealant layer of the annular sealant layer M, a rubber-based hot-melt adhesive (hot butyl) is used.
