<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-saving instruction device enabling a plurality of power-saving execution devices which are not in operation in a predetermined time zone to enter power-saving mode. <P>SOLUTION: The power-saving instruction device includes a transmitting and receiving unit which communicably connects with two or more power-saving execution devices which enter the power-saving mode for reducing power consumption; and a group power-saving time zone DB storing a grouped unit time zone obtained by grouping power-saving execution devices that frequently transmit information on non-operation start time within a unit time divided by predetermined time intervals, in association with identification information of each of the grouped power-saving execution devices. When a set or more amount of information on non-operation start time are received from the power-saving execution devices constituting the group within the grouped unit time zone stored in the group power-saving time zone DB, the instruction device transmits a power-saving execution instruction to the power-saving execution devices which have transmitted the information on non-operation start time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
