<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diode connector and a connector housing which can suppress a temperature of a solder part of a diode chip low without requiring a special component such as a cooling member. <P>SOLUTION: The diode connector 12 including the diode chip, which generates heat, inside has an exposing space 12S for exposing an upper region of a bridge 12B from a package 12P. On the other hand, the connector housing 11 includes an opening 11S, which is formed on a wall surface of a connector housing space 11K for housing the diode connector 12 and leads to an outside. When the diode connector 12 is fitted to the connector housing 11, an air passage is formed wherein air, which enters inside from an external and cools generated heat of the diode chip, can flow outside again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
