PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comb which is used for setting or cutting the hair with scissors or a razor, prevents the hair from slipping on or separating from the surface of comb teeth, and facilitates cutting. SOLUTION: On the surface of a comb tooth 1, a plurality of projections 2 that exhibits resistance to the hair when in use are formed in the longitudinal direction of the comb tooth 1. The intervals between the adjoining projections 2 can be 1-8 times the diameter of the hair. Furthermore, at the end of the comb tooth 1, an area without projection 2 is provided.
