摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device that reduces punch-through voltage generated at a pixel simply and suppresses generation of flickers. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device includes: an array substrate including a plurality of signal lines, a plurality of scanning lines, a plurality of auxiliary capacitance lines, and a plurality of pixel electrodes overlaid on a plurality of TFTs and the plurality of scanning lines; a counter substrate; and a liquid crystal layer. The pixel electrode PE overlaid on the scanning line Yn at the nth row is electrically connected to TFT 14 which is connected to the scanning line Yn+1 at the (n+1)th row and forms the same pixel PX along with the TFT.
