PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet state estimation method, a wet state estimation device, a wire deterioration estimation method, and a wire deterioration estimation system, capable of estimating wire deterioration from both factors of a salinity adhesion amount and a wetting time, even if observation data of a relative humidity are not completely prepared. SOLUTION: The wire deterioration estimation system for estimating a corrosion rate of a wire includes: a server 20 which creates a salinity arrival map of a predetermined zone based on a salinity passing amount acquired by simulation, creates a wetting time map of the predetermined zone based on an average relative humidity and an average air temperature, and uses an average relative humidity estimated by the wet state estimation method when having no data of the average relative humidity; and a terminal 10 which determines a salinity adhesion degree of a wire from the salinity arrival map of the predetermined zone, determines a wetting time degree of the wire from the wetting time map of the predetermined zone, and estimates the corrosion rate of the wire based on the determined salinity adhesion degree and wetting time degree.
