PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance workability for a building, in the building having an intermediate construction part between a plurality of building units laid with a space. SOLUTION: A building body 12 includes unit construction parts X1, X2 laid with a space, and the intermediate construction part X3 provided in an intermediate space between the unit construction parts X1, X2. A plurality of movable ceiling small beams 31 for the intermediate construction part X3 is attached on a web outer face of a unit large beam 22A, in the unit large beam 22A of the building unit 20. The movable ceiling small beams 31 are provided to be laid over both unit construction parts X1, X2, and are disposed, for example, with the same pitch same to that of a ceiling small beam 25 of the building unit 20. The movable ceiling small beams 31 are provided respectively in the unit large beams 22A of the two opposed building units 20, and an intermediate small beam 32 is formed by connecting the respective paired movable ceiling small beams 31 in the intermediate space.
