PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-stop joint structure of a placing-joint surface and a connecting joint part by which water stop performance at the placing-joint surface of a concrete structure, water stop performance at the connecting joint part, and absorption of relative displacement can be achieved, and water stop between a joint fitting frame body to which a flexible water stop joint is fitted and concrete can be secured. SOLUTION: The flexible water stop joint 8 and the placing-joint water stop member 5 are allowed to continue to each other to secure the water stop performance of both of the connecting joint part 4 and the placing-joint surface 3 by connecting an end 5a of a joint side of the placing-joint water stop member 5 with a sealing member 11 of the joint fitting frame body 9. All of the members 5, 8, 11 for water stop are allowed to continue to widen an installation area on the sealing member 11 of the joint fitting frame body 9 to improve the water stop performance by placing the sealing member 11 on the whole periphery of the joint fitting frame body 9 which is in contact with the concrete and connecting the same with the placing-joint water stop member 5.
