<p>The present specification discloses an inspection system for detecting objects being carried by a person. The inspection system is highly modular and capable of being assembled by a two person team using conventional tooling equipment. In one embodiment, the inspection system has three primary modules- two detection modules and one radiation source module-that can be readily attached and detached from each other or to a frame and connected to a signal processing system to provide for a quick set up and tear down process.</p>
