INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management device and a method, which can easily fetch and manage user identification information of other information processing system in addition to identification information which is a management target.

SOLUTION: An information management device 400 for managing identification information includes: a management information generating unit 420 that generates first management information including identification information in a first information processing system associated with a user based on role information included in a first definition information; an inconsistency detecting unit 430 that detects an inconsistency between the first management information and second management information including user identification information used in a second information processing system which is different from the first information processing system; an inconsistency correction plan making unit 440 that makes one or more inconsistency correction plans to correct the inconsistency by changing a relationship between the role information and the second information processing system or the user based on the first definition information; and an inconsistency correction plan executing unit 450 that corrects the inconsistency by executing the inconsistency correction plan.
