PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet with a contact spring and a switch device capable of effectively restraining light leak between illumination regions without worsening operation feeling, in dividing and illuminating a plurality of illuminating regions with different emission colors. SOLUTION: The sheet with a contact spring is provided with a retention sheet 3 for retaining a plurality of contact springs 12 in a plurality of housing parts 31, a light guide sheet 4 laminated on the retention sheet 3 for guiding light from a light source unit 7, slits S zoning the light guide sheet 4 into a plurality of illumination regions A, and light-shielding parts 33 each reflecting or absorbing light from the light source unit 7 at each slit S. At the retention sheet 3, a communication channel 32 communicating between each two of the plurality of housing parts 31 and fitted between adjacent illumination regions A through each slit S and each light-shielding part 33 is formed so as to be overlapped with each slit S outside an irradiation range by the light source unit 7 in plane view.
