PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time for establishing a transmission path, at low cost, when establishing the transmission path to a mobile body by a rotating reception antenna device in a base station or a broadcast station, in a system for transmitting to a broadcast station via a base station, a video/audio material from a moving transmission point, mainly from a microwave band. SOLUTION: A base station includes a rotating receiving antenna to be rotated in the direction of a moving transmission point, and further, includes a plurality of wide-directionality fixed receiving antennas. The reception angle of the mobile body is estimated by the difference of attenuation from the input level of the fixed receiving antenna, and the fixed receiving antenna is directed at the estimated angle. A transmission source is identified from transmission information, and the transmission source and the transmission information thereof are displayed on a terminal in a broadcast station.
