PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous rectification DC/DC converter that prevents reverse current at low cost. SOLUTION: The synchronous rectification DC/DC converter 11 includes a voltage detection circuit 39 which is connected between a first DC voltage source 17 and a second DC voltage source 25 in order to detect the output voltage Vo at an output terminal 21, and a current detection circuit 41 which detects the output current I. When power from the output terminal 21 is stopped, a control circuit 43 connected with the voltage detection circuit 39 and the current detection circuit 41 sustains power stop state if the output voltage Vo is not less than the reference voltage Vr, and supplies power if the output voltage Vo is less than the reference voltage Vr. When power is supplied, the control circuit 43 keeps supplying power if the output current I is not less than the allowable lower limit reverse current Ir, and stops power supply if the output current I is less than the allowable lower limit reverse current Ir.
