PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and rapidly perform binarization processing in a comparison circuit by rapidly changing-over the time constants of a reference voltage circuit in intermittent reception, in synchronization with the change-over of channels. SOLUTION: A receiver 30 includes: an antenna 11; a mixer 14 for multiplying a receiving signal by a local oscillation signal; a wave detection circuit 20 for detecting the wave of an intermediate frequency signal and for output of a wave detection signal; and the comparison circuit 22 for comparing the wave detection signal with a reference voltage and for output of a binary signal. The receiver also includes: the reference voltage circuit 23 for allowing an integration circuit for performing changeover between two time constants different in size to integrate the wave detection signal, so as to generate the reference voltage; a change-over circuit 24 having a capacitor C2 to be charged by a power supply signal and an FET 32 to be controlled in ON/OFF by the charging voltage of the capacitor C2, so as to output a signal to perform change-over into the larger time constant in an on-state; and a rapid discharging circuit 31 for rapidly discharging the capacitor C2 at a prescribed timing.
