PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate connection work for connecting a light source to an electric board. SOLUTION: A plurality of laser light sources 41Y, 41M, 41C, and 41K are fixed on a sidewall 245 of an optical box 24, by adjusting the optical axis of a laser light flux 10. Pins 61a, 61b, and 61c of respective fixed laser light sources are inserted, by bending into connection pins 108A, 108B, and 108C of a socket 100 mounted on the electric board 48, and the laser light sources 41Y, 41M, 41C, and 41K are connected to the electric board 48 via the sockets 100Y, 100M, 100C, and 100K.
