<p>A method and a base station for allocating channel resource are disclosed for solving the problems that transmission of low priority messages are delayed because of message priority differences or network performance decreases when transmitting different messages using channel resource of a same channel. During the process of transmitting the at least two kinds of messages using the channel resource of the same channel, priority adjustment parameters indicating resource preempted situations are acquired based on the transmission statuses of at least two kinds of messages, the transmission priorities of the at least two kinds of messages are adjusted based on the priority adjustment parameters, and the at least two kinds of messages are transmitted using the channel resource of the channel and the adjusted transmission priorities. The priority of one kind of messages is raised when the transmission resource of this kind of messages is preempted overmuch, therefore the situations are avoided that the transmission delays of the low priority messages are higher or the low priority messages are unable to be transmitted due to the fact that resource is preempted by high priority messages all the time. The rationality of channel resource utilization is improved.</p> |
