The inventive air conditioning systems for body are intended to save power in households. The optimization of the energetic use and resources is performed by reducing the areas to be cooled and absorbing the thermal charges of the body of the user, so that the reduction of power consumption results in the reduction of costs to be paid. The preservation and administration of the energy is attained by the rational and effective use thereof in order to maximize the benefits (reduce costs) and outstand the competitive situations. In fact, any activity involving a rational and conscious use of the energy and a demand stability for minimizing costs is considered as energy administration.
