Disclosed is a receiving device, which receives user band signals via a cable, said user band signals including image/sound signals which are received by an antenna and frequency-converted. The receiving device is provided with: a tuner unit, which receives the user band signals, and frequency-converts the user band signals into baseband signals; an automatic gain control unit, which detects the output level of the baseband signals, keeps the output level constant, and outputs a power value that corresponds to the intensity of the user band signals; and a control signal collision detecting unit, which detects collision of the antenna control signals on the basis of a change of the output of the power value.
