<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of a user without increasing a load on a service provider when adjusting a control gain in a hydraulic rolling-reduction control device. <P>SOLUTION: A system includes a hydraulic rolling-reduction control device 2 for controlling the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder 11 for adjusting the spacing between work rolls of a rolling mill, and a control server 20 connected thereto via a network. The system further includes a control gain adjustment device 4 which acquires the actual measurement value of the position of a piston of the hydraulic cylinder 11, and adjusts the control gain when the hydraulic control device 12 controls the oil inflow amount, databases 23, 24 for storing adjustment timing information for determining adjustment timing of the control gain in the control server 20, and an adjustment method selection device 6 for instructing execution of the adjustment of the control gain to the control gain adjustment device 4 based on the adjustment timing information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
