<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat panel display integrated with the touch screen panel, capable of improving a defective ESD caused by flow-in of static electricity, and to enhance a yield and reliability, by providing a shield member for covering a sensing line not to be exposed to an outside, the sensing line being formed in a nondisplay area of a touch screen panel, as to structure of forming the touch screen panel directly on an upper substrate of a flat display. <P>SOLUTION: In the relation to the structure of forming the touch screen panel directly on the upper substrate of the flat display, there is provided the flat panel display integrated with the touch screen panel, capable of improving the defective ESD caused by the flow-in of static electricity, to enhance the yield and the reliability by providing the shield member for covering the sensing line not to be exposed to the outside, the sensing line being formed in the nondisplay area of the touch screen panel, as to the structure of forming the touch screen panel directly on the upper substrate of the flat display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
