摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refractory-lining structure with which in the refractory-lining structure in a mixer car, a construction is easy and the working man-hours for construction can be suppressed, and the influence of the expansion and shrinkage of a workpiece refractory layer can be reduced and an adiabatic effect can sufficiently be displayed for long term. <P>SOLUTION: The refractory-lining structure in the mixer car has: an iron shell 3, a permanent refractory layer 4 and a workpiece refractory layer 5 in this order from the outer-side of the mixer car body 2; and in the range from a roof part of the mixer car body to at least a slag-line part, an adiabatic material 6 regulating the thermal conductivity and the constructive thickness is set so that thermal conductivity as the value obtained by dividing the thermal conductivity of the adiabatic material with the constructive thickness of the adiabatic material becomes≤20W/(m<SP>2</SP>.K). Further, the workpiece refractory layer at the portion constructed with the adiabatic material is penetrated in the peripheral direction of the mixer car body with joints, and this mixer car has the brick-lining structure composed of the forming bricks, in which the penetrating joints exist≥0.9 pieces per 1,000 mm in the longitudinal direction of the straight-barrel part 2a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
