PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit and an electronic device that are strong against interference such as induction noise and potential variation because of approach or the like of a charged body and can be easily integrated in an input circuit of high input impedance. SOLUTION: The electronic circuit includes a non-inverting amplifier circuit, a capacitor element for connecting an input signal to an input terminal of the non-inverting amplifier circuit, a voltage source for generating prescribed potential, first and second switch circuits connected in series between the input terminal of the non-inverting amplifier circuit and the voltage source, and a third switch circuit connected between a connection point between the first and second switch circuits and a feedback path of the non-inverting amplifier circuit. The first and second switch circuits are turned on and off at the same timing, and the third switch circuit is turned on and off at timing complementary to that of the first and second switch circuits, thus composing the electronic circuit.
