PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material in which interfacial peeling between a metallic plate and a ceramic plate is prevented and which enables the production cost thereof to be reduced and has improved heat radiation characteristics. SOLUTION: In the laminated material 1, a Cu plate 2 comprising Cu or Cu alloy is joined with one side surface 4a of the ceramic plate 4, and an Al plate 3 comprising Al or Al alloy is joined with the other side surface 4a of the ceramic plate 4, each by a discharge plasma sintering method.
