PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet that has ink jet aptitude, pencil retouch property, high strength and high whiteness and that is environmentally friendly and suitable for signboard displays or the like, and also to provide a laminated sheet and advertising medium that is excellent in an image gloss feeling of a printed matter attached to the laminated sheet and that is excellent in a relaxed feeling and has improved image texture. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet 1 has a foamable resin sheet as a core, with polyolefin resin coating paper 7, 8 laminated on the surface. At least one surface of the polyolefin resin coating paper has a rough surface shape, and a surface having the rough surface shape is arranged to be the top surface of the laminated sheet, and further, a coating layer primarily composed of pigment and adhesive is provided to the top surface. It is preferable that the pigment coating layer forms no uniform layer, and the polyolefin resin coating layer is exposed partially. Further, in the laminated sheet, the rough surface shape of the polyolefin resin coating layer has a bowl-like curved surface, the shape of the bowl-like curved surface is uniform, and the pigment is present more on one side of the bowl-like curved surface.
