PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope flexible tube wherein the top coat layer is hard to separate even after being repeatedly used by making the top coat layer favorably adhere to the outer skin, and to provide a manufacturing method for the endoscope flexible tube and an endoscope. SOLUTION: This endoscope flexible tube has a multi-layer structure including the top coat layer which constitutes an outermost layer, and the outer skin which is arranged to closely adhere to the internal side of the top coat layer. On the outer skin, a hydrophilizing treatment (a corona treatment or the like) is applied at least on the outer peripheral surface. Also, the top coat layer is formed of a hydrophilic material (PVA or the like), and has hydrophilic property on the inner peripheral surface and the outer peripheral surface. In the endoscope flexible tube, the inner peripheral surface of the top coat layer having hydrophilic property closely adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the outer skin on which the hydrophilizing treatment has been applied. Therefore, the outer skin adheres to the top coat layer extremely favorably, and the top coat layer is hard to separate. Also, since the outer peripheral surface of the top coat layer has hydrophilic property, the endoscope flexible tube is excellent in washing performance as well. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
