PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture needle for bone cement injection, capable of injecting bone cement into a bone without increasing an internal pressure inside the bone even by a single needle method. SOLUTION: In the puncture needle 10 for the bone cement injection, an outer needle base 14 includes an injection port 30A for supplying the bone cement to an outer needle 12 and a suction port 34A for performing suction using a suction device. A side hole 22 is provided near the proximal end part of the outer needle 12, and the side hole 22 communicates with the suction port 34A. The puncture needle 10 for the bone cement injection is punctured to a target bone (vertebra, for instance), an inner needle 16 is removed from the outer needle 12, then the suction device is connected to the suction port 34A, a gas or liquid inside the bone is sucked through the suction port 34A, the side hole 22 and a bone cement path 20 inside the outer needle 12, and negative pressure is created in the inside of the bone.
