PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator device capable of effectively stirring an application liquid and applying the application liquid to an applied object regardless of the viscosity of the application liquid. SOLUTION: The applicator device 100 includes: a hollow container body 10 in which the application liquid is loaded; stirring blades 20 housed in the container body 10; a driving part 40 for turnably driving the stirring blades 20 relative to the container body 10; and an outlet 50 communicating with the inside of the container body 10 and to which an applicator 52 is attached. Fixed blades 30 whose turning relative to the container body 10 is fixed are mounted within the container body 10. When a piston 42 is located at a first position, turnable drive of the stirring blades 20 by the driving part 40 is restrained.
