PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee composition having improved sensuousness. SOLUTION: The coffee composition is obtained by mixing instant coffee with gold foil. Preferably the thickness of gold foil is 0.5-1.5μm. When the thickness is≥0.5μm, gold foil is not broken in terms of strength even if mixed with instant coffee. When the thickness is≤1.5μm, the gold foil does not deteriorate a texture and has a little influence on the prime cost of the coffee composition even if mixed with instant coffee.
