PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an external force required when locking projections 13 formed on an outer peripheral face of a body part 10 are fitted in and passing through a mounting hole of a panel, in a fixing clip having structure in which a cutout or the like is not formed to the body part 10 of a grommet body 1 to secure waterproof property. SOLUTION: In a flange part 20, a long groove 21 radially extended is formed to a region intersecting with a virtual plane which is formed by extending a vertical cutting surface passing through a center axis and the locking projections 13 of the body part 10. When a grommet body 1 is fitted in the mounting hole of the panel, the locking projections 13 abutting on a periphery of the mounting hole are pushed inside and thereby to elastically bend the flange part 1 at the maximum degree in a region where the long groove 21 is formed.
