<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for manufacturing a propeller nozzle ring. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the propeller nozzle ring includes: a process of forming a circular mold 220 having a side profile whose width widens toward one end of the mold 220, and being arrangeable in a neck part in an end of a cylindrical body 200 so that a first end of the mold 220 is directed to inside the cylindrical body 200 and a cross section of a second end of the mold 220 becomes larger than the end of the cylindrical body 200; and a step for pushing the mold 220 into the cylindrical body 200 by a predetermined distance so that the outer surface of the side profile of the mold 220 extends so as to contact the inner surface of the cylindrical body 200, thereby the width of at least a part of the cylindrical body 200 widens so as to meet the shape of the side profile of the mold 220 whose width widens, and therefore the cylindrical body 200 attains the shape of the nozzle ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
